This collection of poems comes from IRC's Annual Operation Reports since 1997.  Each year has a theme and a poem that goes with the theme.  In 2010 and 2011's forthcoming version the poem's were temorarily replaced by song lyrics which were performed at the companies Annual Meeting both years.
